Membership

Membership in the Nature Artists’ Guild is open to all those interested in the study, appreciation, and creation of natural history art.

Potential members, visitors, and guests are always welcome to attend Nature Artists’ Guild programs. There is no charge for admission to The Morton Arboretum, for program attendance, or for parking for these events, which are held on select Thursday evenings from 7 until 9 pm throughout the year at the Thornhill Education Center.  Please check the Home page of this website for information on upcoming programs and the About page for more information about the Nature Artists’ Guild.

  • New memberships or renewals are welcome at any time, but memberships are for the calendar year, January 1st through December 31st.  Joining or renewing before the beginning of a new calendar year will ensure that members receive all the benefits of membership for the entire year.
  • First-time members who join after July 1 and before October 1 will be eligible for that year’s membership at half the yearly rate. The membership will be in effect until December 31st of that year and entitle the new member to all benefits for the second half of the year, including the opportunity to exhibit in the autumn exhibition at The Morton Arboretum.  After October 1, only full memberships for the following year will be accepted.
  • New members will receive membership materials through the mail and information by email. Member information will not be shared in any way by the Nature Artists’ Guild outside of the Guild. For questions, please contact us through the form on the About page of this website.

Join or Renew By Check

Payment for new memberships or renewals can be made by sending a check to the address on the brochure or, for current members, to the Treasurer.

For new members paying by check, please complete the following and click on the send button. This information will be emailed to the Membership Chair only and will not be visible on the website. This will help to ensure that your check is quickly routed correctly through The Morton Arboretum to the Nature Artists’ Guild. This step is not necessary if paying by credit card or PayPal.
