Social Committee Member Position Description – Holiday Card Exchange

The Nature Artists’ Guild is managed exclusively by volunteers. While there are basic duties required for each position, volunteers are also encouraged to suggest and implement (with agreement by the board) their own ideas. The Guild is always growing and changing and welcomes creativity from its leaders! Volunteers will be able to work with experienced committee members until they are comfortable working independently.

Social Committee Member – Holiday Card Exchange

Time Involvement

Typically averages fewer than 15 hours per year. (Volunteers would be able to perform these duties entirely from their home.)

Basic Required Duties

• Coordinate the annual Holiday Card Exchange by receiving, listing, and distributing participant names and addresses by email.
• Email instructions and reminders to participants.
• Follow-up by email to ensure all cards are sent and received.
